NanoFabrication Core Facility

The University of Arizona NanoFabrication Core Facility mission is to enable rapid advancements in research and innovation at the micro and nano scale by providing access to infrastructure and expertise. The NFC is an open, user friendly facility that serves academic, government and private researchers.

The Nanofabrication Core Facility is part of the Center for Semiconductor Manufacturing (CSM) and an Office of Research and Partnerships (ORP) core.  The NFC supports and enhances the research, education and public service missions of the University. The Facility is open and flexible, enabling researchers to endeavor in fabrication and enabling private enterprise to research, develop, prototype and produce their products.
